At PieceOfThen, every puzzle is custom-made just for you, so please allow a little extra time compared to regular products.

Processing Time
Orders are printed and prepared within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your puzzle is on its way.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control (such as weather or carrier delays) may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if this happens.
