Refund Policy

Because each puzzle is custom-made from your own photo, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your puzzle arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at pieceofthen@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong size or design due to an error on our part, let us know within 30 days and we'll make it right at no extra cost.

Cancellations
Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within a few hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
